Description: A highly flexible tough polyurethane ducting made from a single ply Polyester based polyurethane with a coated spring steel helix. A robust ducting which provides a long service life. Ideal for the conveyance of highly abrasive materials such as sawdust, wood splinters, metal filings andgranulate. For use in foundry and general industrial applications.Good chemical resistance makes this ducting suitable for fume extraction in the chemical and oil industries.

Flexible: this ducting has been engineered by optimizing wire thickness, wire pitch and polyurethane grade to give excellent flexibility and a high flex life.
Fire Retardant: conforms to DIN 4102 B1 flame retardency standard.
Chemical resistance: good resistance to many oils, greases, solvents and industrial chemicals in the vapour phase at moderate concentrations.
Physical Properties: specially formulated compound provides excellent resistance to hydrolysis and microbiological attack. Good resistance to ozone, ultraviolet and weathering.
Standard Length: 10 metres.
Colour: transparent.
Temperature Range: -30°C to + 110°C in 20°C ambient.
