Description: The Ralco Ralcoflex Agro rubber covered agricultural hose is the premium quality layflat hose for agriculture. Featuring: excellent resistance to weathering, UV and ozone, superior abrasion resistance suitable for all ground conditions, no biodegredation with excellent resistance to agricultural chemicals and fertilizers, minimum pressure loss and very low elongation, supreme adhesion level between rubber and textile reinforcement and is also very durable and hardwearing for a long service life.
Applications: Applications include: linear and travelling irrigation, sludge and slurry disposal, liquid manure handling, waste water distribution systems, heavy duty water transport.
Construction - Textile Reinforcement: High tenacity polyester yarn, circular woven. Heavy duty design for high tensile strength. Totally embedded in the rubber compound providing excellent protection against mechanical damage.
Construction - Lining/Cover: Special high grade formulated NBR/PVC compound extruded through the weave in a unique one step production process. Inside is very smooth for minimum friction loss. Outside is ribbed and very thick for excellent abrasion resistance.
Special Options: Ralcoflex Agro Extra, heavy duty type. Colour according to customer specification.
Note that special options are subject to a higher price of and a minimum order of 1,000 m (3,300 ft) per dimension. Production short lengths and over production up to 10% of the total order quantity have to be accepted - please enquire for more details.
