Description: The Ralco Ralcoflex Eco rubber covered multipurpose layflat hose is the economic through the weave layflat hose. Featuring: hardwearing, abrasion, weathering and ozone resistant, limited resistance to oil, fuel, and chemicals, excellent layer adhesion compared to PVC layflat hose, very flexible and lightweight compated to mandril built hose and no cleaning and drying required.
Applications: Applications include: construction sites and industry, agriculture and mining, general water transfer, dewatering and irrigation, pump discharge hose, cable cover and protection.
Construction - Textile Reinforcement: High tenacity polyester yarn, circular woven. Totally embedded in the rubber compound providing excellent protection against mechanical damage.
Construction - Lining/Cover: High grade formulated NBR/PVC compound extruded through the weave in a unique one step production process. Inside is very smooth for minimum friction loss. Outside is ribbed for good abrasion resistance and protection against contact heat.

Note that special options are subject to a higher price of and a minimum order of 1,000 m (3,300 ft) per dimension. Production short lengths and over production up to 10% of the total order quantity have to be accepted - please enquire for more details.
