Tube: Smooth, black, NBR rubber, resistant to exhaust gas, sea water, oil and fuel having an aromatic content not exceeding 50%.
Reinforcement: Synthetic textile fabrics and embedded steel wire helix.
Cover: Smooth, black, antistatic, synthetic rubber, resistant to flame, heat, oil and fuel, ageing, abrasion and weathering.
Applications: Designed and approved for use in water cooling exhaust gas systems and also as fire resistant fuel hose for crafts. Suitable for general loading and unloading of oils and fuels service.
Standard Lengths: Up to and including inside diameter 63.5mm: max 40m. From inside diameter 65mm to 125mm: max 20m.
Temperature Range: Working temperature: -30°C (-22°F) to +100°C(+212°F).
Type Approval Certificate: SM/TR 311 hoses are found to comply with NORDIC BOAT STANDARD 1990 - MC 8 (Fuel hoses for boats) and MC 9 (Exhaust hoses for boats) by DET NORSKE VERITAS. The European Directive 94/25/CE and accordance with EN ISO 7840-A1 (Fire resistant fuel hoses) is certified by "Consorzio DNV Modulo Uno" (CE0496).
